Faculty requests for help or service regarding Blackboard, Starfish and similar software are dealt throgh the Help Desk Office of the Division of Information Technology; it is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m.-7 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
