Consent: Knowing and voluntary, clear permission, by word or action to engage in sexual activity.
Dating violence means violence on the basis of sex committed by a person who is in or has been in a social relationship of a romatic or intimate nature with the Complainant.
Domestic violence means violence on the basis of sex committed by a current or former spouse or; by a person which whom the complainant shares a child in common or; by a person who is living with or has lived with the complainant as a spouse or intimate partner.
Sexual harassment means conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following: - an employee conditioning the provision of an aid, benefit or service on an individual's participation in unwelcome sexual conduct (i.e., quid pro quo) - unwelcome conduct determined by a reasonable person to be so severe, pervasive and objectively offensive that it effectively denies a person equal access to an education program or activity (i.e., hostile environment) - sexual assault (as defined by Clery Act), or "dating violence," "domestic violence" and "stalking" (as defined by Violence Against Women Act)"
Stalking means engaging in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to fear for their safety, the safety of others or suffer substantial emotional distress
Victim Protection Orders: No contact orders prohibit intentional contact between the parties subject to the no contact orders. This includes contact in person, by phone, electronically, social media or via third-parties.
