If you have misplaced you vaccine record, you can get a duplicate at the Maryland immunization information system website.

Vaccine Requirements

In preparation for the Fall 2021 semester, all Bowie State University students, faculty and staff must be vaccinated for COVID-19 before returning to campus as required by the University System of Maryland. Members of the campus community are encouraged to use the BSU Vaccination Guidance to meet deadlines for completion of your vaccination at least two weeks before your return to campus dates. Vaccination of all members of the campus community is the most effective way to protect against the spread of the virus at BSU.

  • BSU vaccination clinics are offered on campus every Monday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. for students, faculty and staff.  Schedule an appointment at the Wellness Portal (button or callout on the page)

Marylanders can search for vaccine sites across the state at or by calling the COVID-19 Vaccination Support Center at 1-855-MDGOVAX.

The City of Bowie has established a vaccine clinic at the Bowie Senior Center for anyone age 16 and up who lives, works, or attends school in Prince George’s County. The clinic operates three days a week on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays. Individuals can pre-register at and will receive a call from a schedulers, usually within 24 hours.
