New Deposit Policy
First-time students must pay non-refundable $250 Housing Reservation Fee (room deposit) to secure housing for the 2024-25 academic year.

Requirements
- Students must be enrolled in 12+ credit hours.
- Returning students must also have a minimum 2.0 GPA at the time of move-in.
- Incoming students must also have an admissions acceptance letter from Bowie State University to apply for housing.
- Housing is not guaranteed at any property.

How to Apply
- Login with your BSU student ID
- Click ‘Applications and Forms’
- Complete the application for the appropriate semester
- Parents of students under the age of 17 (at the time of application) must complete Parental Verification form. The form will be sent via email.
- First-time students must pay a refundable $250 Housing Reservation Fee (room deposit).
To pay your housing reservation fee (room deposit) for Traditional Halls & Off-Campus Housing, login to Bulldog Connection and follow this path:
Financial Account > View Account Details or Make a Payment > Deposits > Select Room Deposit on the Drop-Down Menu > Click Select > Select payment method
