Christa McAuliffe Residential Community (CMRC)
CMRC offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments that are fully furnished and conveniently equipped with full kitchens. Rental fees include electricity, water/sewer, cable, and wifi. First-time freshmen are not eligible to live in CMRC, with the exception of students admitted to Bowie State’s Honors Program. Learn more about CMRC.
Entrepreneurship Living Learning Community
The ELLC is a place where students can immerse themselves in an entrepreneurial ecosystem that prepares BSU students for new business development and creative problem solving in any workplace. Here, new ideas are encouraged and supported with a makerspace, student business hatchery and business resource groups in the building. You can create, innovate and network with peers and mentors in this integrated living-learning innovation hub.
The residential space of this vibrant new building offers one- and two-bedroom furnished suites with common living areas. Each floor has a laundry room and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, two-burner cooktop and refrigerator. Other features include a game room, fitness room and conference room, multiple TV lounges and wifi, plus a grab-and-go eatery on site.
