Remembering Bowie State's '68 protest on its 50th anniversary
National and local events converged in early April 1968 on the campus of Bowie State. On April 4, 2018, three of our alumni were interviewed on NBC4 about the student strike and the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 50 years ago. Also see the Baltimore Sun article about the events of that fateful year.
