How to Pay

Paying Your Bill

To remain enrolled, you must pay your bill or set up a payment plan by the deadline shown on your account.

  • Register before billing begins:
    You’ll receive an electronic bill (eBill) via your Bulldog Connection self-service account. Payment in full or approved payment arrangements must be completed by the due date.
  • View your billing information for all terms in Bulldog Connection
  • Register after billing begins:
    View your bill in Bulldog Connection and pay or make approved arrangements by the due date.
  • 2nd 7-week session students:
    Payment or approved arrangements are required at the time of registration.

Payment Options

Approved payment options include:

  • Guaranteed Student Loans
  • Third-party billing (an outside sponsor pays some or all charges) *
  • University-approved payment plans
  • University-awarded financial aid

* Third-Party Billing Reminder: If your sponsor does not pay the University within 90 days of the billing date, you are responsible for the remaining balance. Unpaid balances will prevent future registration, graduation, or diplomas/certificates. You are fully responsible for any charges not covered by the sponsor.

BSU does not accept employer tuition reimbursement plans where students are reimbursed directly.

  • Drop Deadline: June 5, 2026, by 12:00 p.m.

  • Billing Begins: April 15, 2026
  • Payment Due: May 15, 2026, by 12:00 p.m.
  • Drop Deadline: July 10, 2026, by 12:00 p.m.

Session III

  • Billing Begins: April 15, 2026
  • Payment Due: May 15, 2026, by 12:00 p.m.
  • Drop Deadline: June 5, 2026, by 12:00 p.m.
