BSU Maintains Planned Operations for 3/13/20

Bowie State University will be open tomorrow, March 13, with normal business operations in order to continue faculty training and other preparations for online teaching. Classes have been cancelled and residential students should complete move-out by 6 p.m.

University System of Maryland (USM) Chancellor Jay Perman has issued new guidance on telework, travel and large gatherings during this period of the COVID-19 threat. His message also provides adjustments to the USM telework and sick and advanced leave policies. Additional information about changes to BSU operations and procedures to implement the policy changes will be forthcoming tomorrow.
