(BOWIE, Md.) – Former Bowie State University defensive lineman Joshua Pryor has signed to the Washington Commanders’ practice squad. Pryor originally signed with the Commanders as a free agent after the 2023 NFL Draft and was with the team throughout training camp and the preseason before getting released during the final roster cuts in August. Pryor joins the practice squad as safety Terrell Burgess and linebacker De’Jon Harris were moved to the active roster in the wake of injuries to safeties Jeremy Reaves and Darrick Forest. Pryor totaled 245 tackles (131 solo), 32 sacks and four forced fumbles in four years for the Bulldogs.
