BSU/IBM Skills Summer Academy Workshops

The Bowie State University Departments of Computer Science and Mathematics will partner with the IBM Skills Academy to provide professional development programs to career professionals, students, STEM teachers, community college faculty necessary to compete and excel in the next generation of jobs.

The summer program is comprised of courses in cutting-edge technologies that are having a major impact on the global society. The courses cover the latest technologies and industry practices.

These courses are taught in partnership with the IBM Skills Academy that is responsible for the content and pedagogy. Participants can earn an IBM Digital Badge in the course if they take and pass prescribed assignments and an examination at the end of the program.

Dates: June 6 - July 6, 2022

Cost: $650 per course
