Cultural Responsive Teaching Session
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
This interactive session aims to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application in the classroom. Culturally relevant pedagogy has emerged as a transformative approach that acknowledges and utilizes the cultural knowledge, prior experiences, and performance styles of diverse student populations to make learning more relevant and effective. This workshop is structured to not only introduce participants to the fundamental principles of culturally relevant teaching but also to engage them in hands-on activities that demonstrate how these strategies can be seamlessly integrated into various educational contexts.
