Youth Suicide Prevention & Black Mental Health in Schools Convening
8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
In celebration of National School Counseling Week and Black History Month, Bowie State University is partnering with the Maryland School Counselor Association (MSCA) for an important and collaborative event. Together, we’ll bring school counselors, university professionals, policymakers, and mental health advocates to the table to explore strategies for addressing Black youth suicide prevention and mental health challenges.
This is an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations and share insights that can make a real difference in the lives of Black youth. We invite you to be part of this impactful gathering, where your voice and perspective are needed.
