Adonna Bannister Green serves as Director of the Office of Equity Compliance. Under her leadership, the Office of Equity Compliance offers training, facilitates programming, and investigates issues related to discrimination and sexual misconduct. She provides support and assistance across the University’s divisions in efforts to improve inclusion and access for all of its members through research, focus groups, programming, and recommendations for infrastructure improvement. Ms. Green is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia and State of Maryland, and provided counsel in equal employment opportunity law and policy for 12 years before joining Bowie State University. She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University (B.A., English) and Howard University School of Law (JD/MBA).
