12/15/25 - Delayed Opening

Due to inclement weather, the university will be delayed two hours in opening this morning. The university will open at 10 a.m. Please use appropriate caution when traveling. All campus essential employees must report to work per their regular schedules.

Who Qualifies?

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Have earned 90 or more credits
  • Have been out of school for at least two consecutive semesters
  • Not be enrolled at another university or completed a degree from any other institution during their time away from Bowie State
  • Have at least a 2.5 GPA
