    • Meet with Globetrotter Travel to finalize the requirements for creating an online booking tool
    • Work with DIT to implement the system through the BSU Peoplesoft platform
    • Promote and encourage use among employees

    Measure of success: 50% reduction in paper itineraries and several employees booking time from their mobile devices

    • Coordinate site visit with appropriate agency
    • Coordinate irrigation system and installation
    • Schedule, plan, and promote planting event
    • Planting of trees
