Favorite Part of the Program: My favorite part of the program is learning how dynamic the sports industry truly is. There are so many unique sectors in the sports industry, and the program makes sure to tap into every single one.

What attracted you to Bowie State University: Initially, I chose BSU because of the softball program. While I no longer play softball, I absolutely fell in love with Sports Management and the industry.

One thing you learned at BSU: That has Impacted Your Life or Career: One thing that I learned at BSU was how to take advantage of every opportunity. In such a competitive industry its so important to advocate for yourself and take control of your story.

Advice for Prospective Students: My advice for prospective students would be to “Do it scared.” You may feel unprepared or anxious but taking a step forward or even backward is better than not taking a step at all.
