Bowie State University Closed on Jan. 26 Due to Inclement Weather

Due to inclement weather, Bowie State University will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026. All classes, office operations and on-campus activities are canceled. Residence halls will remain open. Bowie State University, the oldest HBCU in the state of Maryland, exists, in part, because of the legacy of those that have attended this institution, believed it changed their lives, prepared them for a career and community service, and can do the same for their family members.
