2025 CIAA Basketball Tournament Featured Events

Feb. 10 - CIAA Scavenger Hunt

Location: Various locations throughout Baltimore

Join us on a scavenger hunt to experience the best businesses in Baltimore! The CIAA is on the hunt. You are invited to participate in the Annual Scavenger Hunt to kick-off the 2024 Basketball Championship Tournament. Starting NOW through February 10, fans are encouraged to visit three of the participating businesses to be entered to win a multitude of prizes, including the grand prize of a two-night stay at Lord Baltimore Hotel, CIAA step show tickets, official CIAA party tickets, championship game tickets, breakfast at Saturday Morning Cafe and a half-dozen strawberries from Berries by Quicha.

Feb. 22 - Youth Sports Clinic 

Time: 8 a.m.- 3 p.m.
Location: Middle Branch Fitness & Wellness Center, Baltimore, MD

CIAA will host a Youth Sports Clinic for student-athletes at the Under Armour House. Students will receive a healthy breakfast and an opportunity to discuss longevity in collegiate sports with CIAA, local and national leaders. After orientation, students will work with local coaches and trainers in a workshop-style environment to develop soft skills and discuss sports development. The event will feature a holistic approach towards health and wellness with a focus on educational growth.

Feb. 22 - Team Send-Off

Time: Immediately after the men's game
Location: A.C. Jordan Arena 

After the game, we’re keeping the energy high! Join us as we send off our Men's and Women's Basketball Teams to the CIAA Tournament in style. Let's show them how much we believe in them and send them off with all the support they deserve!

Feb. 26 - US Army ROTC CIAA High School Education Day

Time: 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Location: Baltimore Convention Center

Join us on February 26, for the US Army ROTC CIAA High School Education Day—an exciting event for high school students and chaperones. Experience an inspiring opening session with Tournament leaders, sponsors, the CIAA band, cheerleaders, and a US Army ROTC presentation. Explore educational opportunities at institutions and vendor booths, with admission offers and scholarships available. Early birds (9:30 - 10:00 a.m.) enjoy a deejay, giveaways, and so much more!

Feb. 27 - U.S. Department of Health & Human Services MSI Symposium

Time: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Location: Baltimore Convention Center | Pratt Street Lobby

End your Friday evening at the BSU-CIAA Hospitality Suite for Beignets, Bowie and Breaux, a Mardi Gras themed dessert party with President Aminta Breaux!

Feb. 28 - CIAA Fan Fest

Time: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Location: Baltimore Convention Center

The CIAA Fan Fest is a free two-day event that features interactive sponsor activations with giveaways, concerts and other family-friendly entertainment events as part of CIAA Tournament Week. View the Fan Fest Schedule and make sure you sign up for access to Fan Fest.
