Ceremony Access, Security, and Rain Location

1. Ceremony Access: All guests must have a ticket for the ceremony to enter Bulldog Stadium.
2. Security: Guests may not enter the stadium with bags larger than 8.5” x 11” x 12”. Balloons and umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium. Guests are subject to security screening.
3. Rain Location: In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the Leonidas S. James Physical Education Complex. Only guests with tickets marked “rain” will be able to attend. Others can watch the ceremony at a satellite location. Read the Severe Weather Plan
4. Satellite Locations: If you do not have a commencement ticket, you can view the ceremony online at bowiestate.edu/commencement or on campus at:
   
   • Martin Luther King Jr. Communication Arts Center, Myers Auditorium
   • James E. Proctor Jr. Building, Rooms 102 and 117
   • Student Center, Theater
5. Post-graduation Receptions: After the ceremony, graduates and guests are invited to the campus receptions at:
   
   • Holmes Quad
   • Student Center Lawn
