Attire for Graduation

Black shoes (men and women)

White shirts and dark ties

WOMEN

Dark dresses or skirt and blouse. No pants.

There will not be a final clearance letter sent to your BSU email. Instead you will check your status by going to GRADUATION STATUS in Bulldog connection. Once you see that your status has changed to APPROVED, proceed to the Bookstore for regalia and Auxiliary Services for your tickets. Students must be ACADEMICALLY and FINANCIALLY cleared to participate in the ceremony.

MLK Myers Auditorium Date: Sunday, May 18, 2014 Time: 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.  Bring your cap and hood

(For graduates who absolutely cannot attend on Sunday, a small rehearsal will be held Friday, May 16, 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. in MLK Myers Auditorium)

President's Graduation Reception (Immediately Following Rehearsal)

Student Center, Wiseman Room Date: Sunday, May 18, 2014 Time: 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. For graduates and their families.

Distributed at check-in Eligible first-time undergraduates only 3.50 GPA - 4.00 GPA 60 credits or more at BSU 30-59 credits at BSU with GPA 3.50 or higher

Distributed at check-in at the assembly area

At the completion of the ceremony diplomas will be distributed at the Comcast Center
