Next Steps as a Resident

Traditional Housing

  • When leaving the residence hall for Spring Break this Friday, March 13, 2020 by 6:00 p.m. please take with you all books, essential belongings, including medications and other materials, in case it should become necessary to restrict access to campus for an extended period.
  • Residents are strongly encouraged to remain off campus until the suggested date of April 6, 2020 and we are asking that you comply with that request.
  • If you are unable to remain off-campus past the original end date of Spring Break, March 22, 2020, please contact your resident director for identification by 12:00 p.m. on March 12, 2020.
  • In an effort to keep the campus community safe, we are suspending visitation from Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. until April 6, 2020.  Residents must comply with this policy.
  • Residents returning to campus on March 22, 2020 may experience limited access to resources. Dining services will limit its hours and locations.
  • The Enclave shuttle services will resume on Monday, March 23, 2020.
  • If you travel beyond 75 miles during your Spring Break travel, you must self-quarantine off-campus for at least 14 days after you return from your trip.
  • Be on the lookout for further communication from the university outlining how to access your classes online starting March 23, 2020.

Christa McAuliffe Residential Community

  • Residents who plan to leave CMRC for Spring Break are strongly encouraged to remain off campus until the suggested date of April 6, 2020 we are asking that you comply with that request.
