Ketema, Yeneneh
Yeneneh Ketema is a Sr. Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner on Northrop Grumman’s University Relations & Recruiting Team. Yeneneh is passionate about diversity in the workplace and works diligently to increase a diverse talent pool that will shape the future of Northrop Grumman. Prior to working at Northrop Grumman, Yeneneh worked at Lockheed Martin and Marriott International where he has sharpened his recruiting skills with a strong focus on HBCU recruitment. Yeneneh is a 2003 graduate from the university of Maryland with a degree in Communication. When not working, Yeneneh loves to travel and spend time with his family.
Billiau, Seth
I am a graduate of Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics (Data Science) and a minor in Government. Raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, I gained experience as a political organizer and campaign manager, leveraging data to win important local elections during the competitive 2016, 2018, and 2020 election cycles. Now, I work as a data scientist, bringing my passion, technical know-how, and strong communication skills to new challenges at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Amit Srivastava
Amit Srivastava leads the Strategy and Market Development at TCS for Healthcare, Manufacturing, Lifesciences and Technology verticals. Amit is responsible for the GTM strategy and demand generation execution across these industries. Amit has over 21 years of experience across product engineering, business development, strategic planning, and customer success and has lived and worked across India, Europe and North America.
An entrepreneurial-spirited leader with solid program management skills that guarantee continuous improvement and profitability. Adept at providing innovative solutions to resolve complex business challenges.
Amit is an Electronics Engineering graduate with an Executive Management LEAD certificate from Stanford GSB.
Dorothy Haynes
Dorothy Haynes is the Sr. Executive Administrator and Vendor Manager for Tata America International Corporation where she not only works with existing vendors and contract fulfillment, but proactively works to diversify the current vendor and supplier pool by recruiting minority owned businesses that have the capacity (or the capacity to be developed) to contract locally, nationally, and globally with Tata.
Dorothy works out of the Milford, Ohio GDC. Sitting on 223 acres with more contracts than all of Tata North America combined, SHP-Milford is the only owned property in North America, and the largest in all of Tata globally.
Prior to her current position with Tata, she worked in the private and public sectors designing curriculum compatible programming, college readiness workshops for 1st generation college students, and travelling throughout the continental United States for Monster.com to speak with college students on navigating the path from Point A, wherever they are in their academic journey; to Point B – their first job in their field or perhaps graduate studies. It was with Monster that Dorothy worked with her team to implement their HBCU outreach and recruitment initiative.
Dorothy completed her undergraduate studies at the College of Mt. Saint Joseph, as a member of the Xi Gamma chapter of Tri-Beta Honor Society for Biological Sciences
Joe Leos
Joe Leos is the Campus Recruiter with TCS for the past 4 years. Joe has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, while working in industries such as Hi-Tech, Finance, Banking, and Solar. Prior to joining TCS, Joe has work in various type of HR & Recruiting roles, such as, HR Director, HR Business Partner, Safety & Risk Management, Benefits, and a staffing agency recruiter.
Nathan Pierce
Nathan Pierce has been with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for what will be six years in April 2022. He began his tenure at TCS in human resources, specifically compensation, before moving over to the diversity and inclusion team in his current role as a Diversity Program Officer. Prior to joining Tata, Nathan spent over 10 years advancing his career in HR serving in various HRIS and compensation roles predominantly in the non-profit sector.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan by a strong and loving mother, Nathan learned early on the importance of perseverance and being of service to others. Post high school, he went on to attend and graduate from Alabama A&M University, before moving to Washington, DC where he met his wife, Zula. They now reside in Dallas, Texas, where they are raising their three daughters, Natalya (11), Mila (8) and Sierra (3).
