Computer Science Minor

The Computer Science offers a minor program for undergraduate students. Through this program, students gain expertise in specific areas of computer science to become adequately prepared for life after graduation.

Minor

A minor in Computer Science can be obtained by completing 28 credits in computer science (with a grade of 'C' or better in each of the attempted courses). These courses must include COSC 112 and 113 or equivalent, 208, 214, 254 and additional credits in computer science courses at the 200 level or above. The student is required to satisfy the prerequisite for each course attempted. Students seeking to minor must meet with a faculty advisor to design a program based on the students' needs and program requirements. See an academic advisor for list of approved courses.
