Current Strategic Planning Process

The College of Business welcomed its third dean, Dr. Dean Lawrence McNeil, in December 2019. Dean McNeil revised the College of Business' approach to strategic planning, transforming a top-down approach into a bottom-up approach. With changes in leadership and the covid pandemic, the 2021 Strategic Plan was delayed and will be completed in the spring of 2023.
