ELLC and CMRC Payment Plans

Payment plans are available to ELLC and CMRC residents on a case-by-case basis. This payment plan is separate from the payment plan that covers tuition and fees through the Office of Student Accounts.

To be considered for the ELLC and CMRC payment plan, 50% of your total housing bill must be satisfied out of pocket or through verifiable financial aid.

How to Enroll

  1. Once you have accepted your financial aid package, email your specific residence hall to request a payment plan:
    CMRC: cmrcstudent@cocm.com
    ELLC: ellcbowie@cocm.com

    Please note that you must accept your financial aid package prior to requesting a payment plan.
  2. If you are eligible, you will receive information about how to schedule a time to complete the payment plan contract in person.
  3. You must satisfy your first payment for fall 2024 by August 14, 2024. All ELLC and CMRC balances must be satisfied by the end of the semester.
