Apply for Housing

How Do I Apply for Housing?

Congratulations on your acceptance to Bowie State! To maximize your college experience, we invite you to consider living on campus. Space is limited, so students who pay their housing application fee and register for classes early are more likely to receive housing.

First-time Freshmen

Freshmen are placed in Traditional Housing based on the date of their application. Space is limited, so students who pay their housing application fee and register for classes early are more likely to receive housing. (Freshmen participating in the Honors Program are placed in the Christa McAuliffe Residential Community and do not have to pay the $200 housing application fee.)

  1. PAY the $80 acceptance fee and the $200 housing application fee to the Office of Student Accounts.
    Three ways to pay:
