Provost Speaker Request Form
Thank you for considering Provost Guy-Alain Amoussou for your event/request. Please note that this form is a preliminary step in confirming Dr. Amoussou's availability. Those requesting the provost's participation at any university event are asked to complete this form as detailed as possible and submit it at least one month before the event.
