Wrap up Inauguration Week with a black-tie gala, with dinner, dancing and entertainment to benefit the Racing to Excellence Endowed Scholarship. R&B and funk legends, The S.O.S. Band, will perform. Also, enjoy a special performance by Stephan Marcellus (NBC’s “The Voice” contestant and BSU Class of 2012).
