    Measure of success: 100 percent of full and part-time faculty using electronic syllabi

    • Acquire, implement, and manage solution
    • Create campaign to notify campus community of this change

    Measure of success: Reduction in use of paper-driven processes by 75%.

    • Determine vendor pool, evaluate offerings
    • Coordinate digitalization of documents
