CURE Research

• Research is embedded into the curriculum of CURE classes, so enroll in a CURE course. Explore our course offerings.
• Tackle an exciting research question. 
• Present your research at the semi-annual CURE Research Symposium.

Teaching Assistant (TA) Program 

Do you have failproof study skills? Can you communicate the most challenging subjects in a clear way? Become a teaching assistant for a Natural Sciences course. Email us at cure@bowiestate.edu for more information.

Requirements

• Perform well in the course for which you want to TA 
• Have a declared major within the Department of Natural Sciences (Bioinformatics, Biology, Chemistry, Science Education, MS in Applied Biotechnology and Molecular Biology)
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 
• Attend a TA info session and refresher training

All students enrolled in a Natural Sciences course have also been enrolled in the tutoring course on Blackboard.
