Program Requirements

To earn a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development (HRD), students must complete ten (10) core courses and three (3) electives for a total of 39 credit hours, as well as successfully complete a comprehensive exam.

Transfer Credits

Students can transfer up to two graduate courses (six credit hours) with a grade of B or better from other accredited graduate programs with approval from the program coordinator. Courses accepted for transfer to the HRD program must have been earned at a college or university that is recognized by a regional accrediting body authorized by the U.S. Department of Education.
