To earn your Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Public Health Informatics (PHIS), you must complete 18 credit hours, 12 core credits and 6 elective credits

The admission committee and program director may assign prerequisite courses in IT or health science to close any gaps in your ability to succeed in the program.
The PHIS program requires a minimum grade of 2.5 in all courses.
