Graduate Application Process

You must complete the following actions to be considered for admission: 

  1. Complete the online application and pay the non-refundable $40 application fee ($50 for doctoral programs).

  2. Official transcripts from each college or university you’ve attended. Transcripts may be submitted electronically at admissionsdocs@bowiestate.edu or mailed to the Office of Graduate Admissions, Bowie State University, 14000 Jericho Park Road, Bowie, MD 20715.
  3. Submit additional required program documentation  to gradadmissions@bowiestate.edu or mail to:

NOTE: Do not mail copies of documents that you submitted with your application.  Faxes of transcripts and test scores will not be accepted.
