Get Move-in Ready

Residential students must meet certain academic and financial requirements to be eligible to move into residence halls. What does this mean?

What is Your Move-in Status?

Cleared

Students who are cleared for move-in have completed all academic and financial requirements. These students can move into the residence hall.

Requirements for First Year and Transfer Residents

  • Student has received an admissions acceptance letter, paid their enrollment deposit, and submitted their Commit Form. For more information, view the Next Steps for Admitted Students.
  • Student has submitted transcripts and is registered for 12+ credit hours.
  • Student has satisfied their bill using financial aid, a payment plan and/or paid bill in full.
  • Student has submitted all required immunization records to the Henry Wise Wellness Center.

Requirements for Returning Residents

  • Student has a minimum 2.0 GPA and is registered for 12+ credit hours (undergraduate) or 9+ credit hours (graduate).
  • Student has satisfied their bill using financial aid, a payment plan and/or paid bill in full.
  • Student has submitted all required immunization records to the Henry Wise Wellness Center.
     

Not Cleared

Students who are not cleared have one or more tasks to complete prior to being eligible to move into a residence hall. Those students will receive an email indicating the specific tasks that must be completed.
