Assessment Concierge and Technical Support (ACTS) is an administrative and technical “one-stop shop” service for any faculty or staff member, departmental assessment committee, and/or college assessment coordinator provided through CAPA. Curriculum mapping, targeted student learning outcomes assessment, syllabus development and improvement, development of indirect and direct assessment measures, rubric development, and assistance with compiling and analyzing assessment data are the most common services provided by CAPA staff.
