Unofficial Transcripts

Currently enrolled students can view and print their unofficial transcript from Bulldog Connection:

  1. Log on to Bulldog Connection
  2. Go to Academic Records > Unofficial Transcript
  3. Under the heading “Report Type” click on the dropdown box and select Unofficial Transcript.

NOTE: The Office of the Registrar does not print or produce unofficial transcripts.

Official Transcripts – $10.00

Bowie State University has partnered with Parchment for convenient transcript ordering and delivery.

Students and alumni who attended Bowie State University can order an official transcript online through Parchment. We do not accept requests via telephone, email or fax. Once an official transcript has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Delivery options are as follows:

Electronic Transcript (eTranscript)

With this method, a secure electronic PDF can be emailed to any requested email address. Due to a shorter delivery time, electronic transcripts are the quickest method for receiving a transcript.

Paper Transcript

A paper transcript can be processed and mailed via USPS to any mailing address.
