Mission

The mission of NABA is to address the professional needs of its members and to build leaders that shape the future of the accounting and finance profession with an unfaltering commitment to inspire the same in their successors. The organization accepts accountants, finance and business-related professionals and students who have similar interests and ideals who are committed to academic excellence and possess a sense of professional responsibility.

Our organization is concerned with enhancing opportunities for minorities in business-related professions. Our goal is to provide members with enough tools and opportunities to get internships and full-time careers that they are ready for. The hope is that those same members will come back and share their knowledge and experience with incoming members to give them an idea of where they want to be post-graduation.
