Current Student Checklist

Congratulations on continuing another semester at Bowie State University! Use this checklist to ensure that you are prepared for the upcoming semester. Take action today to make certain that you have the classes you need in preparing for your bold future.

Complete COVID-19 vaccination

Residential students must complete the first and second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and upload copy of vaccination card to the Wellness Patient Portal. Vaccination is required for all students on campus. For more information on BSU vaccination requirement visit the Vaccination Information webpage.

Student Accounts

Submit your FAFSA. Learn more about the process in the Financial Aid web section.

Log in to Bulldog Connection to check the status of your financial aid award documentation to ensure that your aid can be awarded and disbursed.

Submit all of your required financial aid documentation and forms to the Office of Financial Aid.

Classes

Undergraduate students need to meet with your Academic Advisor. Students with less than 60 credit hours should schedule an appointment with the Academic Advising Center. All other students should consult with the appropriate person in their academic department. Graduate students will be contacted by their program coordinator to finalize their schedule.

Log in to Bulldog Connection to register for classes during the designated registration period for each semester.

Housing

If interested, apply for On-Campus Housing.

Prepare to Satisfy Your Bill

Accept any loans, complete loan entrance counseling and complete Master Promissory Note.

Wellness

Complete the mandatory Entrance Medical History Form. Please visit the Henry Wise Wellness Center Website to download the appropriate medical forms and mail to:
