Office of Auxiliary Services

The Office of Auxiliary Services is committed to providing progressive, creative and innovative services that offer superior quality and outstanding value to the students, faculty and staff that we serve. We are committed to shared governance and to a caring, diverse environment that demonstrates respect and encourages the success of each individual at the University.

We strive to provide the highest quality student dining, catering, concession, vending, BowieCard, bookstore, event ticketing and copy and print services available that support the University’s mission of teaching, research and service. The Office of Auxiliary Services is one of the few departments on campus that serve the needs of the entire campus community and we have worked hard to create partnerships to improve academic achievement and attract and retain quality students by providing critical support services.

We take pride in our work and are committed to continuous quality improvement that can be achieved through feedback and assessment, personal growth and professional development. We look forward to achieving a superior level of service that students, faculty and staff expect.   

Auxiliary Services is responsible for:

  • Bookstore contract
  • Beverage and snack vending
  • BowieCard
  • Event ticketing
  • Copy and print services
  • Merchandise and licensing
  • Development of business relationships throughout the surrounding communities
