Signature Events

Homecoming
Come together with peers and alumni to celebrate Homecoming at Bowie State. Stay for the game, watch the crowning ceremony, and cheer on the Bowie State royal court.
Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Basketball Tournament
Each year, we host a packed week full of events leading up to the Men’s and Women’s CIAA Basketball Tournament. Take a break from studying to enjoy family-fun competitions, mingle with alumni, and show some love to the Bulldogs.
Clubs and Organizations
At Bowie State, you can take pride in your heritage in one of our student associations, flex your artistic flair in Bowie Couture, pledge a Greek organization, or get involved with our Circle K chapter. Campus clubs and organizations reflect our enterprising and community-centered student body.
